Shall my shipping address be the same as my billing address?

Which address will you ship my order to?

Why haven't I received my order?

If you have not received your order, here are some information to help you find your order.

First, check your order information to make sure it was shipped to the correct address. Determine the expected delivery time for your order and if it's past the time frame given, see below.

Air Mail or Register Air Mail: This shipping method can take up to 6-15 working days to deliver a shipment. Shipments can be delayed at country borders, customs, or other destinations along the way. If you don't receive your order after 45 working days, check with your local postal and customs offices to see if they are holding your order and email us if they're unable to find it.

Courier service (EMS, DHL): Check the tracking number issued when the order was placed. If your tracking number has not updated in several days or if it shows the order was delivered, but you did not receive it, email us and we'll start an investigation with courier service provider. If the tracking hasn't updated in several days, but the last update is regarding "CUSTOMS" or "CLEARANCE", your order is being held at the customs office.

Why haven't I received the shipping notification email?

If you did not receive a shipping notification email, you can contact us at support@pandamimi.com to query your order information. Be sure to provide your order number. Sometimes, it is because of  the mail system that fails to send the email to you.  

Can I cancel an order?

It depends on the status of the order you want to cancel, if you have not paid for it, you can cancel on our website by yourself. Just go to your control panel at “My account" to cancel it. Once your payment is completed, please contact us at the first time via support@pandamimi.com. we can help to cancel if no shipment is arranged at that time.  

Was my order placed successfully if no notification email received?

Normally, an "order pending" notification email will be sent by our mail system automatically if you have placed the order successfully, however, sometimes it may fail due to the system's error. In this circumstance , please contact us at  support@pandamimi.com so that we can figure it out for you.

What currencies are used on the site?

We are offering two kinds of currencies on our website which are USD and EUR, you can change the currencies by click the icon bottom on the top right side of the page.

Do you charge imported tax?

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal plus shipping cost.

What if my order contains pre-order items?

If your order includes other in-stock items, you may take advantage of the Split Shipment option to receive in-stock items as soon as possiable. Otherwise, all items in your order will be shipped to you together after the release of the pre-order items.    

How can I buy a pre-order item?

For pre-order items, we will charge your money firstly and then arrange the shipment as soon as it is released. However, we can’t promise to ship the product on the exact released date for the unknown reason from our supplier.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:

- EMS (4-8 business days)

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hours to be updated.

Why was I charged customs fees at delivery?

Does Pandamimi ship internationally?

Yes, all items on Pandamimi.com can be shipped from Hong Kong or Shenzhen to every parts of the world.  

 

Why has only part of my order been shipped?

Please double check your order receipt to ensure that you did in fact order all the items you required. If it is there, but missing from the package or parcel, please advise us which item you didn't receive and will help to check at whether mis-packed and arrange the redelivery for the missing item after our investigation.

If a particular item did in fact go missing during the delivery, kindly use the tracking number we sent you to contact your local DHL or Post Office about the loss within 3 days. At the same time, please send us a scanned copy of the document to help us get a refund from DHL or Post Office. As long as we receive a refund from them, we will arrange a re-shipment for the missing goods or issue a refund to you.

 

Why do I need to pay an extra shipping fee of a DHL remote area?

According to the policy of DHL, if your shipping address is classified as a remote area, you are entitled to pay the surcharge (USD 31.00) for remote area delivery. If above surcharge can not be bored by your end. 1. Please help to advise us if the shipping method can be shifted from DHL to other courier or air mail etc. 2. Or provide us another shipping address but which must be ensured that the new one is not covered as a DHL remote area! Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?

Sorry, we do NOT offer discounts for bulk shipments. However, the more items in an order, the less the shipping charge will be per item.

 

How can I avoid paying customs fees?

We know that we need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of the items. If we don't fill out the forms this way, we risk having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.

The parcel might have been opened before you receive it if you find any of the points mentioned above. Yes, we can deliver orders to PO BOX addresses. But you need to choose Air Mail or Register Air Mail as the shipping method, except courier, such as DHL, EMS, etc.

 

I live in Brazil. Are you aware of the special postal regulations in my country?

Our customers in Brazil have informed us that companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices. If you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure you give us the correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number, so the package can go through customs smoothly.

Returns & Refunds

What is the Returns & Refunds policy of Pandamimi?

Pandamimi operates a return policy that is valid for 45 days from the delivery date.

1. All video games may be returned for refund or exchange within 45 days from the delivery date. As long as the package of video game is opened, it will not be qualified for a return. We do NOT accept the following video game returns:

- Video game that has already been opened or played

- Video game that exceeds 45 days from the delivery date

- Video game that has a broken package

- Video game that was at error ordered by yourself (game version, game system, platform, etc.)

2. As long as the game console is delivered, we shall never accept any kind of return.

3. All game accessories can be opened for inspection purpose and may be returned for refund, replacement or repair within 45 days from the delivery date (the valid time for repair depends on the item’s warranty, usually more than 45 days). We do NOT accept the following game accessory returns:

- Game accessory that has been damaged or scratched

- Game accessory that exceeds 45 days from the delivery date

- Game accessory that was ordered at error by yourself

- Game accessory which blister packaging (if available) is opened

If we receive a returned item that does not meet the above return criteria, we will not be responsible for the return postage you paid and we have the right to refuse to re-send the returned item to you. We would re-send the returned item to you only when you pay a postage for the re-delivery.

We accept the following return procedures:

1. Submit a return request to us

2. Get a return authorization from us

This is very important, you can continue the return procedures only with our return authorization. When you get a return authorization from us, we’ll email you the details on how and where to send your return. Also, we’ll ask whether you would like a refund, replacement or repair. Please kindly note that, Pandamimi reserves the right to refuse any return without a return authorization.

3. Arrange the package of your return and send out

You should pack your return securely because we’ll not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return transit.

4. We test the returned item

Every returned item will be tested by Pandamimi’s independent test center. After the receipt of your return, the test process will be completed within 3 working days. If your return qualifies for a refund, replacement or repair, you’ll be notified shortly by email or phone.

5. You get a refund, replacement or repair

We shall arrange the refund, replacement or repair within 7 business days after the test of your return is processed.

Approximately how long will it take a refund to appear on my PayPal account?

After the receipt of a returned item, it will take 3-5 days for us to process (test your return and issue a refund). We promise that the refund will reach your PayPal account within 7 working days.

 

Can I fix the defective products at my local instead of returning to you and you refund me for compensation?

Sorry, we don’t accept a local repair and will not be responsible for the repairing cost you have paid. Customers are supposed to ask for a return authorization from us and return it for fix.

 

You have shipped wrong items to me, can I return it for a replacement?

Of course you can. The item I received is defective. Can I return it for a refund?

All items on Pandamimi.com will be conducted quality inspection before delivery. If you carefully inspect the item you received and find that it is defective, you can ask for a return request. After getting a clear return authorization, you may return the item for a refund (we’re only be liable for the re-delivery postage).

 

The item I received is not as described on your website. Can I return it for a refund?

If you may provide specific and detailed information to prove that the item you received is not as described on Pandamimi.com, you can contact us at support@pandamimi.com and ask for a return request. After getting a clear return authorization, you may return the item for a refund (we’re liable for both postages).

 

I received an unwanted item, can I return it for a refund?

Of course, as long as the unwanted item you returned is unopened/unused, we can issue a refund to you after the receipt of your return within 7 days, with 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount (you’re liable for the returning cost).

 

Can I get a full refund if my returned item is tested to be defective by Pandamimi?

Pandamimi’s independent test center will test every returned item. If the returned item is tested to be a defective one, we shall shortly arrange a refund, but not a full refund, with the shipping cost of your order being deducted, and you're liable for the returning postage.
